Got a question? Bet we have an answer! Please review the following FAQs before contacting us directly. Not that we don't want to hear from you (we do!) but we run a tight but small ship and we may not be able to get back to you right away.

Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email or accidentally deleted it. Do I need it to attend?

A: If you typed in your email correctly, you should get the confirmation. Please check your junk or spam email folder. Although we do not require you bring confirmation at time of check-in, we strongly recommend it.

Q: How long will it be before my tickets are shipped?

A: No tickets are shipped. You will receive an email verifying your ticket purchase from Google Checkout. Please print your confirmation email and bring to event. Deleted the email? See answer to question above!

Q: Can we use the spa amenities (e.g., pool, sauna, steam) while we're there?

A: Although we would love for all our guests to experience these amenities, the spas are just not set up to accommodate this large of a group. Enjoy all the event activities each location has to offer and plan a visit back (check your goody bag for a return discount card or offer)!

Q: Should I tip my therapist?

A: Use your discretion. A gratuity is certainly not required but sure is appreciated! Most of these therapists and technicians volunteer their time at the Summer Spaaah events.

Q: I purchased a ticket for an event and now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?

A: Because this is a charity event, we would prefer that you give your ticket to someone else and let us know who is coming in your place. In some cases, we can switch you to another event.

Q: Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

A: Yes. Send us an email to request the waiting list of a sold-out event. We will notify you a week or so before the event if extra space becomes available.

Q: Are T-shirts being sold this year?

A: Yes, the fashion statement of the season will be sold at the events for $20 each with proceeds going to Fresh Start Women's Foundation.

Q: Will there be a raffle for prizes?

A: Heck yeah! We love raffles. Raffle tickets are two for $5 or five for $10 with proceeds going to Fresh Start. Bring cash!

Q: Can I purchase tickets by check?

A: Sure, we'll accept a check but cannot guarantee a spot at specific events and times until payment is received. Please send a check made out to ArizonaSpaGirls at P.O. Box 25034, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 with your top three preferences. Please include an email and phone number so we can contact you and confirm your registration.

Q: Can I pay cash at the door?

A: Most of our events sell out and pre-payment is the only way for us to guarantee you a spot. We'll make exceptions if you ask really nicely and if it's for an event where we can accommodate extra guests.

Q: Do I have to be present to win a raffle prize?

A: Nope, just write your phone and/or email on raffle ticket CLEARLY and we'll give you a ring or drop you a note if you win.

Q: When will you announce the grand prize winner?

A: We will pick the grand prize winner at the last event and will notify the winner within the days that follow via email or phone.
